I am delighted to let you know that on Thursday, February 16th, Level Two of our new e-record service which will feature Banking/ACH interface is scheduled to be certified by the State of New Jersey Division of Archives and Records Management (DARM). As we prepare to officially launch this new and exciting phase of our e-record system we wanted to alert you so that you can take advantage of this enhanced service in processing your land records.

If you wish to utilize and register for the Level Two service please complete the Submitter Profile application (PDF) and return it to our office via fax or mail as directed on the application. If there is anything we can do to assist you or your office in utilizing Level Two of our e- record system please feel free to contact Bea Nitche our Chief Clerk at (732) 506-5091. Bea will be happy to provide any assistance you may need or respond to any questions you may have with regard to this service.
