Did you know that you can track the progess of your ballot in the voting process? It's true. Tracking your ballot is quick and easy to do online anytime, at your convenience with Track My Ballot

Start by visiting Vote.NJ.gov and signing into your personal My Voter Record account.
If you do not have an account, you can create one easily by clicking here

Once you log in, you will be able to see if your mail-in ballot has been sent to you or if your voted ballot has been received by the county's Board of Elections. Make sure you VOTE, SIGN, SEAL and RETURN your mail-in ballot to ensure that your vote is counted.

Voter Information

Vote by Mail (US)

In New Jersey, any voter can vote by mail. You do not need a reason to vote by mail. Don't feel like going to the polls? Simply vote by mail. Now there is no excuse not to vote!

You may apply for a Mail-in ballot if you are a qualified and registered voter by written application to this office.

Requirements
• Sign your name as it appears in the registry book
• Submit your request up to 7 days before any and all elections (Primary, General, School, etc.)
• Any Mail-in voter who fails to apply by the deadline may apply in person to the office on any day up to 3:00 P.M. of the day before the Election

Register to Vote!

To register in New Jersey you must be:
• A United States citizen
• At least 17 years old, and understand that you may not vote until reaching the age of 18
• An Ocean County resident for 30 days before the election

Military, Civilian Overseas & Federal Voting

If you are in the military service (or a dependent, patient in a veterans hospital or civilian attached to or serving with the military) a civilian overseas or a Federal Voter Mail-in voting privileges are available.
